Fast friendly service from a great group of hard working baristas. Great coffee and tasty treats every time I visit. Plenty of free parking nearby. Find a seat to drink your custom beverage inside, outside, or while walking the shopping center.

One of the male baristas is always INCREDIBLY rude/unkind to me. I order from here regularly for pick up. Each time I come to receive my order he will glare at me or ignore me & continue to help other people in the shop. Poor customer service & attitude to match. I hate that this is the closest location to me

Bliss

You'd think this Starbucks, being in Utica Square, would be top notch. They were busy, and couldn't seem to manage it. You could see folks getting frustrated waiting for their orders as they kept getting them piece by piece. So they'd finally get their drink and be ready to walk away only to be told to wait for their Danish or whatever other part of their order. Also, my biggest problem was the kid's hot cocoa I ordered for my toddler. Normally they're sweet and lukewarm. This was pretty bitter and too hot! Good thing I checked it before handing it to him. The workers were polite enough, and the location was clean at least.

I'll be honest, I love this place so much in Utica Square I almost didn't do a review on them because I didn't want to bring any attention to them, but it truly is a lovely location & the staff is always top notch! ❤
