Two years ago, I bought a Gold Starter for my F-150, with a Lifetime Warranty. The starter died recently and I took it back. They tested it and said it was good, and refused to Honor the Warranty. I took it to 3 other starter shops and had it tested, and it failed each time. I took it back to O'Reilly's and they checked it again and said it was good. O'Reilly's again refused to Honor the Warranty and give me a new starter. In my opinion, O'Reilly's is Perpetrating a FRAUD! The Manager at the Pine and Harvard store is rude and obnoxious and should be fired! Both of his store employees are frauds too. Don't do business with O'Reilly's! I won't, ever again!

I don't really know who was the most confused. But I had a feeling he was cause he hade confused in less then 15 seconds of listening to him try to explain something...still confused!!
