0 STARS IF POSSIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!!!! The people here are super lazy and rude you can tell they don't even wanna be there. I pulled up wanting to get my tag and it was 20 minutes till 11 am and they stopped me at the door and rudely said they were leaving for lunch and told me to come back in a couple of HOURS. I did and was told to wait in my car and they made me wait 45+ minutes. I got tired of waiting and went in and turns out it was ready and they never bothered to call me in. I would highly recommend driving to Owasso, Skiatook, Claremore....... or even Tulsa.

This place has been unprofessional for years. I’d rather driver the extra 10 minutes to Owasso. I don’t know who runs this place but it’s a clown show

The experience I have had was horrific to say the least. I have stage 4 cancer , as well as covid I tried I over a month to get them to answer my questions over the phone so I could send someone to get my tags in with was 5 months overdue sadly yet can't work being so sick. I absolutely refuse to give them a dime my money went to CLAREMORE instead where I was treated as customer over the phone and able to finally send someone to get my tags, they didn't mind thanks to OOLAGH they 1400 richer now. Oolagah is really small town I have been in that tag office it does not get so busy that they can't take a minute to answer phone questions seeing how xovid is a thing now and a public safety issue.

Would leave negative stars if possible. Tag agency today made my wife come in and turn in information for a tag renewal and sit in her car to wait. That is fine, some what normal practice for most agencies during these times. Well after 30+ minutes of waiting she went in to ask about what was taking so long since there was nobody ahead of her. Apparently agency sent her license info and all other personal information home with another random person then had the nerve to tell her it was no big deal and they called the person to give them bring all the paperwork back. They had zero intention of telling her they messed up and gave out her information to a complete stranger and then told her she was overreacting and they fixed it. This is how identify theft can happen or random people can show up at other people’s homes. They had zero remorse or apology for there mistake. Not to mention the pictures and videos we have of them letting people in with no shoes and shoes and walking around behind the counters. Steer clear of this place. A rather group of shady people work here. Unless you personally know the employee’s you are hard pressed to get a positive review. We will definitely be reporting them to the state of Oklahoma after this. Take the 15 minute drive and go to Owasso.
