Playground has actual sand for the kiddies who still prefer natural substances to faux turf and other non organic surfaces...basketball court is full with soft rims and tennis court is cute surrounded by a garden. Softball goes down nearly every night.

Lost a star for sand otherwise nice park and play area. I don't like sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere.

I personally do not have any kids but I greatly appreciate walking around Jackson playground to get in my steps for each day.
