I love the food but some of the waiters are very mean Today june 10 I been there and the 2 waiters never said good morning they just said you can not bring drinks from outside and then they never come to my table we ask for chip and again they had actitid first.

Sometimes a good review doesn't have to be a lengthy one and That definitely goes for Chalio Mexican Restaurant. To simply put it the food here is about as close to authentic Mexican food as it gets. The chile con carne is to die for, the chilaquiles are mouth-watering the molcajets are superb and the mojarras are divine and to top it off the tortillas are made by hand right then and there. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating, check this spot out you won't go wrong.

Food is good but there can be room for improvement with some plates... overall atmosphere is great though - definitely miss the chips and salsa! Lastly, my experience is always pleasant, it would be nicer if waiters actually checked up on you more often instead of you having to flag them down... overall It's a nice place to go for lunch or breakfast on a not so busy day.

The quality, portion and prices have changed a lot, don't mind paying a high cost for good quality food but now they don't even give you the chips/salsa, tortillas, and refills without asking for them... and the staff makes customers feel like we're asking for something free... plus, canned beans?? Eew, I won't do canned beans even on my worse days especially not for the price of this food... I'm not sure if Chalios is under new ownership or if it's because of new staff but I will no longer be recommending this restaurant or the food... Everything has changed A LOT
