Best in class customer service??? Lol not at this location. Trucker at the loves called for a delivery, told this location does not deliver there. Would you like to pick it up instead. Sure Papa John's... when your parking lot is big enough to accommodate my 70 foot truck I will pick up my order. This is not best in class customer service.

Disgusting! Would have been better off with a frozen pizza. Ordered the pizza for lunch at my work which has several buildings. I left my location and number when ordering my number was even on the box. The delivery person made no attempt to deliver or call me and dropped the pizza off at a random building. By the time fellow co workers figured it out and called me my pizza was cold. Pizza lacked taste and was too saucy. Never again would give zero stars if I could.

Ordered Pizza.. We Were Told It Would be 1 Hour 13 Minutes. We Said Okay. The Pizza Was Never Delivered. The Driver Went to Wrong House ( Our Neighbors ) but Never Got Out of the Car. We Called the other Store, They Said the District Manager Would Call. No Call. No Pizza. * Very Disappointed & Extremely Hungry !!!

I love their pizza but I guess it's best to stick with delivery!!! I walked in to pick up my order and there was about 5 employees inside. Two employees were at the register and NOBODY greeted me or asked if they could help me. One of the employees at the register walked off and I assumed since they were done doing whatever it was they were doing that someone would now get me. I was wrong! I stood there for what seemed like minutes before I finally just said "I'm here to pick up a carryout order!". There was no "oh I'm sorry" or anything I was just asked my name and handed my pizza and sent in my way! And just like when I came in the door I was sent out the door in silence! No thank you or have a good day or anything! This staff needs a refresher on customer service!
