If I could rate more than 5 stars I would! Nanny’s is the best soul food I’ve eaten since living in the south. If I could come here everyday for lunch I would. Nanny is so sweet and professional, food exceeded my expectations.

The food was amazing, the portions were very generous and the price was right. We had Shrimp and fries and a side of Okra. Absolutely the best fried shrimp I have ever eaten and the fries and okra were perfect

We were looking forward to visiting the new brick and mortar location for Nanny's and it didn't disappoint. Friendly greeting upon walking in the door and on point assistance in placing our order. For instance, my wife asked about a fish dinner we had never heard of and our waitress described it perfectly and my wife loved it. I had the 2 piece pork chop dinner and the spices were excellent. I also had a side of the mac n cheese and it was dreamy creamy delicious. Tip: Look at the menu board with the daily specials. We ordered off the paper menu listing their standard offerings but the chalkboard caught my eye while were eating. On the drive home, my wife and I were discussing our individual reviews of what we dined on. I then laughed when I realized we were already planning what we are going to try on our next visit...and we've never done that before with so many different options for every taste.
