I rolled in looking like manfred from the movie Ice Age and walked out looking like Brad Pitt. I immediately had multiple women suddenly wanting to kiss me. Will definitely be going back. 10/10

Alexis listened to what wanted and did a good job. Was just minutes after checked in headed to chair. Long and thick hair it takes some work layering it.

I've had haircuts at Great Clips in the past. Today Abbey answered the phone and I asked to be put on their list. She said I could come wait the 40 minutes or sign in online. I was driving and couldn't do online. Likewise I wanted to finish what I needed to do before going there to wait. My time is valuable. She said that it was company policy not to take call in appointments. This is absolutely terrible service. I guess in the end, this company doesn't want my money or yours!

I've had many good haircuts here. But don't let the Chinese barber with high heels and a pound of makeup touch you. I asked her to trim my loaf of hair lightly and she rushed the job without being asked, cut it extremely short, uneven. It's embarrassing and I'm going to be wearing a hat the next 2 weeks because of it. She's rough and bumped my head with a decent amount of force multiple times, and and knicked my neck with the buzzers razor and it didn't feel so nice. She shouldn't be cutting hair. I am very disappointed they would hire her without double checking her work. I never leave bad reviews as I'm not that kind of person. So it sucks I had to.
