These officers are a disgrace to the badge that they wear. They have no hesitation to lie and ruin hard working peoples lives. I have been a law abiding citizen and tax payer my entire life and have always supported law enforcement until I met members of the BPD who put me in ruins for nothing. I was never even pulled over, I was tricked by shady tactics that entrapped me while my vehicle was in a parking lot. I had done nothing wrong. Never engage with one of these officers, they are not here to help you. Shame on you and the officers who let it slide and do nothing. If you only spent your time actually finding and convicting real criminals imagine how much of a better place you could make this world.

Body cam footage will be available soon. I was arrested for being poor. They took 4 officers, ramming my car, held guns to my head for virtually nothing. Lies told to them. I was unarmed, sober, zero weapons, compliant. I requested my boots and clothing. Upon release from Deschutes County, 12 days later, I had no socks or shoes in my property. Below freezing weather. Bends finest.

These officers are doing the best they can for us. They readily help with homeless situations that arise and other issues around our offices. Thank you for the hard work you guys are doing!

I live in Redmond where when I've been pulled over i'm was almost always let off with a warning. The Bend Police Department (and State Troopers) are nothing but road pirates looking for ANY excuse to give out citations and make $$$. If you drive in Bend at night be warned, they will pull you over and ticket for no reason whatsoever. You can drive 2 miles over the speed limit and they will give you a ticket I kid you not. Bunch of corrupt fear mongers in my opinion. Never have I ever been so paranoid while driving through Bend, even when following the rules.

Yes
No, it's part of Deschutes county
The Bend Police department also has a bin in the lobby where you can drop them off.
You can call the non-emergency police dispatch number at 541-693-6911 or report it to the Department of Human Services Child Abuse Hotline at 541-693-2854
Go get your daughter. Why would you leave it to the police? Go get her and when police get involved tell them why you took her. There is no way they are going to make her go back and if they do she needs to go to the hospital and tell them she fears for her life.
