Great customer service and selection, especially for today when everything is out of stock everywhere. Staff took the time to make sure I was set up right. They provided great information and explained options to keep the price down yet be safe on the road. I was amazed how quick they installed a brake controller on my truck even though the shop was backed up. Took less than 5 minutes to hook up the trailer and install the controller. Worth the 6 hours round trip to purchase from 4 state.

I was a few hundred miles away from home fishing Grand Lake. My trailer hub went out, I called atleast 10 places around the lake who were unable to help. I expanded my search and made the trip to Fairland. John was extremely helpful and got me lined up with everything I needed to get back on the road for a very reasonable price! They saved our families fishing vacation by having the knowledge and parts we needed.

We received five-star service from 4 State Trailers! Driving back to California from a horse show in Kentucky my trailer (fortunately with no horse) blew a tire and broke a leaf spring on I-44 outside of Joplin, MO. We were lucky to be referred to 4 State and had the trailer towed to their location. First impressions matter, and the 4 Star sales yard is very tidy and filled with a large variety of utility and livestock trailers. The place was hopping, both with walk-ins and phone calls, but Myron and the team dealt with everyone in a pleasant manner and soon it was our turn. The parts shop, service area, and repair bays were neat as a pin and certainly a more professional appearance than any trailer place I've ever been in the past. Not only did the very polite and professional team at 4 State fix our immediate problem, they also safety checked our trailer and made recommendations about other issues of concern which they quickly took care of for us. Despite us being an emergency repair, they took their time to make us safe and road-worthy, and at a very fair cost. I felt great trust in this business throughout the interaction, and in fact am contemplating purchasing a new trailer through them because of the outstanding experience we had with everyone on the 4 State team. Recommended without hesitation for any of your trailer needs: new, used, repairs. solid advice. Worth the drive if you are anywhere in the 4 State area!
