4/23 @ approximately 12:30 my order manager on duty was Sarcastic and lied for no reason. Pizza dough was nasty from being prepared wrong. I wish it was the older head manager working at the time because problem would had been solved easily. I ended up tossing the 2nd pizza out because it was messed up like the first one. I didn’t want to call back again and have to deal with the manager that was there. Took my grand babies to jack-in-the-Box and had no problems. I gave a 2 because the cook tried her best with what she was given

Diboll pizza hut is the best! I have been back many a times because the pizzas are just soo good! I think it's attention to detail and the care that's put into each one. Customer service is always awesome and outstanding. Have been recommending to all my friends and family. My grandmother really loves the alfredo pasta!!!
