My favorite Vaper store ever! Very friendly staff that is very knowledgeable about Vape juice, Mods, Coils and anything else you have questions about. Never have I ever felt rushed in trying to make any decisions and God knows I can waffle a lot!! Ann has lots of patience and is a fabulous person all around. Would definitely recommend this Vapor store to be your favorite as well!!

I needed a special type of charger and guessed/ hoped, Vapors & More, had it as I had never had a reason to go before yesterday............. After the experience I will find a reason to shop local and support two of the better business owners I have ever had the pleasure to met. The summary(shortened) goes as follows: Not knowing the, Vapors & More, stores hours and just getting back in to town from an appointment up north, I took a chance and found a hidden gem here in Paola. I pulled in to the parking lot of the establishment at 6:30,......... which happened to be 30 minutes after the store had closed. With just a spot of luck one of the owners was leaving the store and locking the door(s); Presumably going home after a hard day at work.......... After just a brief moment speaking with owner1 explaining my situation........... (I must apologize/confess, I am terrible with names thus I will refer to the husband as "Owner1"........... as for the second owner, owner1(s) wife I used all my imagination to label her "Owner2".............) he dials up owner2; who just so happened to be on her way back to their building. Owner2, showed up not even three minutes and reopened their entire store just to help me out......... Please keep in mind that these are owners who actively went out of their way and displayed what I would consider some of the best customer service I have ever experienced...... ever. To go above and beyond the way both owners did is well beyond "good or great customer service"......... it's an experience rather than just a simple sale............ I Believe if you were to compare the loyalty/commitment/ personalitie(s) of the owner(s) of "Vapor & More" say to corporate owned/operated businesses by placing them in a scenario identical to what Vapor & More has already established............... .................................My belief(s) are that there is no comparison; Vapor & More has shown me their dedication and knowledge of the customer's experience and how it is a priority to them. I also believe that shopping local and supporting the "Ma & Pa" type stores is very important for our community and is often overlooked by many people. Thanks again to both owners for reviving my faith in humanity........ :)
