I had my first ever piercing experience here yesterday. Jeremiah was quiet but friendly. The left piercing was perfect. Today I went back and calmly asked about the fact that my right piercing was not quite on the mark. Jeremiah was brusque and unfriendly even before I spoke to him today. I was told it would be $20 to pierce it again and he lectured me on how it was my responsibility to say I wasn't happy before I walked out. I showed him the picture and he acknowledged that it was a little off the mark but was completely unapologetic and unsympathetic. I got the distinct feeling he despised me. He clearly does not care if I ever return. I just wanted to be treated with respect. I wish I hadn't tipped him.

Don't get pierced here! I went to get two piercings (the top and the bottom one). I asked the guy to mark my ear so I could make sure I liked the placement and he made a huge deal about it. He was very rude the whole time. He finally marked them and I approved and he went to pierce them. He didn't pierce them where he marked. They were all supposed to be evenly spaced but, as you can see by the photo, they aren't even close to that. He also shoved the needle through very slowly which caused my whole ear to bruise. I ended up having to take them out and now have to wait 3 months to go pay to get them re pierced somewhere else.
