Very interesting history of the area. The cabin once owned by the first American family of serial killers lived in the area. If you plan on visiting this rest area please looking into the history of the "Bloody Benders"

Absolutely gorgeous. Had historical markers and information. Bathrooms and showers. Was very clean and had a small area ypu could qalk through beautiful natural prarie grasses.
