My dealership recommended them. I called on a Thursday no answer and no one returned my call. Called next day on Friday, no answer and no one returned my call. 4:30 pm on Friday I get a text saying “Sorry we missed your call, what can we help you with?” I told them what I needed and then silence. No reply or response back to me. Crickets. I was literally standing at the dealership showing them my correspondence with this company and they were surprised stating they are always great to work with and be prompt. So here it is Monday and I’m booking a different glass company because I have no other option.

Glass works were the most reasonably priced for my windshield replacement and recalibration. Had an issue with the recalibration they got me in the same day to fix the issue. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. I would recommend them and will use them again if needed.

Original appointment was Friday, between the scheduled time frame 8am-12pm no one showed up. We got no updates regarding the service. It was 1pm when called and ask if anyone was coming. I rescheduled to Monday, same time and thing happened as well. Very disappointing. Had to call and text multiple times to get a hold of someone. Every time got the response "Mike is on his way." Found this to be very unprofessional and inconvenient as we have a scheduled appointment for a reason.

The tech called to confirm/schedule the windshield replacement, in between rainshowers. And he showed up to my work place, to remove and replace the windshield of our 2008 Toyota Matrix. Great communications, professional technician, that let me ask questions and take pics before, during, and after the windshield was replaced. And the pricing was equal to what the other local places charge, but their online reviews were better than the others, so we went with Glass Works Auto Glass, and were pleased. 🙂👍
