Treatment was pointless, my daughter got orthodontist treatment and at the end of it, she was told she needed an implant and extraction and there was nothing else that could be done. Some pending fees came up before removal of braces, not sure why since I had all payments on automatic withdrawal from bank account and it had been six months since I paid off for the treatment. Dental assistant and dentist in charge of braces removal were very rude and rough to my daughter. I wonder if they do this to minors because the parents aren't inside the dental room. Very bad experience, I don't recommend this place for ortho.

The dentist is good maybe even excellent. Can’t remember his name but he’s middle eastern. The problem is it’s a chain and they are more like a used car sales lot. They push deep cleanings as they get paid much much more and really don’t do a regular cleaning.....weird but no normal dental hygienist cleaning. In fact, I was presented with a proposal and asked to take out a credit card to get my teeth cleaned. I guess this is how poor people dentistry works, again really weird! The place is dirty and unless they can make a lot of money off you, you’ll wait along time. The dentist is too good for this place and should move on. Can’t believe people actually put up with this type of care, they’re are much better dental offices that take Medi-Cal. Run don’t walk away from here!

I had a very bad experience with Bright now Dental Wilmington. I went there to have my denture fixed because it is broken when it fall. I had an appointment.
