I hate giving bad reviews but this one needs to be said. I’ve come to this location twice and both visits have been very bad experiences. The Pilipino male Michael is very rude and condescending. Worst customer service ever!!

Mail was stolen out of my PO box at this location. Very disheartening. Update: Someone tried to use my passport which was stolen from this facility. Do not use this branch or trust the people that work here.

I've heard a lot of bad reviews this USPS location, but had to experience myself today. I did "click and snip" online and chose to print at the post office. The choice was given a Porter Ranch. The QR code wasn't sent for a few hours. But USPS website states: "Your label can now be printed at your local Post Office™ by scanning the code received by email or by bringing your Label Broker ID to the retail counter." I brought my packages to the post office, but the clerk refused to take Label ID's... (even though it clearly states opposite). Also, he told me I have to go to UPS (! competing business!) to pay them so that they can print my labels. Can you imagine the post office place without the printer! I asked him if I had enough time. He said they close at 6. I went across the entire mall to UPS to print labels, and I had my 9-year-old daughter with me. I came back at 5:32, the place was closed, and the guy was standing behind the door! I asked him what had happened to the 6 o'clock closing? He just waved his hands for my daughter and me - to go away! If it were a private company... it would be out of business pretty fast! The level of disrespect and rudeness is at a gross level! I took a picture of that lying guy, and I'm going to make him and that location famous.

Helpful and nice staff. They reviewed with me the best shipping option. I didn't feel rushed. Not much of a wait. 8 mins tops. Plenty of parking.
