Overall continue to be a good Zoo park, the design is great. During heat season better views through glass in the exhibitions will be better since the animals looks for shelter.

Excellent playground designed by same designers as The Gathering Place on Riverside Drive. The exhibits are very amazing especially the Lost Kingdom! The animals are really up close and in very natural looking environments.

Mohawk park is a pretty amazing park. It's huge!! They have camping, campsites, hiking, golfing, fish, the zoo, a nature center, fields & much more. Very fun place to take the family. I love fishing out there, very peaceful. Do be careful to watch for snakes, because there are plenty of them. Some spots have accumulated a nice amount of trash though. Over all definitely going back.

You have to pay per car on weekends in season. Out-of-season there is no charge. Also, check the zoo during the winter. They have polar bear days, as they call them, when there is no charge if the temperature drops below
