I work at spears manufacturing in Caney KS. I recently injured my wrist and they are forcing me to move to a different department and forcing me to take a $2 pay cut. Their excuse is they think it would be unfair to the other employees in that department if I make more then them. If you want to work for them you better hope you don't get injured because they will screw you over.

I would agree with all the reviews. I didn't have an appointment but was the only truck for an hour then one more came and it took them close to 4 hours. They are nice and he was in and out the truck for 3 hours. May be it's the system not the guy but either way 4 hours is too long.

I arrived at 2:30 pm to get loaded got in the dock at 9 pm it is now 6:45 am the next day and they still haven't finished loading me. How much patients does a driver have to have. I've seen three trucks loaded since 2:30 pm yesterday. How can a place stay in business operating like this.

This place obviously has no regard for a driver's time. 4pm appointment it is now almost 7pm and the haven't started loading yet. How do they expect me to make an on time delivery when they can even load in a timely manner. Not to mention it's going to one of thier own facilities.
