This place needs a major remodel. The beds were wore out and super hard. The hot tub wouldnt work. The breakfast was ok at best. To top it all off, we got stuck in the elevator. Luckily it wasnt too long.

Positive: My room was nice inside. Negative: They were remodeling and my room was right next to it. There was white powdery and debris all over the place. I could hear hammering and talking for the construction guys. They had one of the other rooms in that area fill of extra furniture, etc.

We have stayed at all the hotels on this street in Pratt and this one was the least of them in regards to comfort and I don't think I'd like to return there. The staff was mostly quite rude. We checked in late and that man was great! Very fast and friendly. The blonde lady during the day was unhappy that we dripped pool water in the lobby when there weren't any in the pool room and said, "You know we have pool towels, right?" With too much attitude for my liking. The breakfast lady was making sure everything was hot and clean, but the non-hot items like yogurt and muffins weren't stocked. The individual wrappers on those would have been nice, and covid conscious. We had a 2 night reservation and at the regular check out time on the second afternoon the room key didn't let us in we had to get it updated downstairs. The desk lady asked me first if I inserted it the right direction. I tried it all directions lol it just needed to be reset and I didn't appreciate being hassled. As far as the hotel itself, the pool was awesome and the hot tub even better! 👌 The gym facility had all you could really want, and the dining area had a big TV for the news watchers in the morning. The bath tubs didn't have much foot grip but they had cool shampoo and conditioner provided in a neat rack. The air conditioner didn't blow very well and the beds were unfortunately not comfortable at all.

Great room. Huge Desk, couch, coffee table, king bed, little kitchen sink with cabinet space for groceries. Ask for the suite and you might get it for the same price, like me.The place is run down but is under renovation. The free breakfast doesn't open until 6:30, which is too late for working folk. Our crew has to leave at 6:20 to make it to the job site on time. This is almost always the case for us. Will not stay here next time I work in Pratt just for this reason. Too bad, cause they will lose 18 room nights (x5) There are 5 in my crew and all agreed to stay at the Best Western next trip.
