Made a report on centralized mail box had been compromised, at an address both by phone and in person, personal looked confused and dazed, even after we filled out paperwork and communicated the issue, been almost 6 weeks since start of report and still not repaired. Was informed that we would be charged etc. Said fine please repair and still not done.Going to contact our attorney to see what legal ramifications can be charged. Finished with being patient.

I wanna thank the Sonoma usps for taking my app to renew my kids passports . I want to remark the excellent service I got from Damian , not only he did he's job but he was very polite respectful but most of all he treat me like a friend. Thank you so much all the Sonoma usps office.

I've lived here for 7 years and use the PO frequently. They're always friendly, offer great suggestions, tell me how I could have saved money by using an alternate type of PO shipping, and are quick. I've lived in Marin and the POs can't compare. I don't understand the complaints. They are very helpful, they smile, are personable, the line moves quickly - even during heavy shipping times like Christmas.

The Chinese lady's are really rude. Rude costumer service. They sent the wrong package to the wrong address and they didn't want to help me get it back very disappointed.
