This is one of the worst Walmart stores I've ever shopped at. If you ever need to buy a box of Wheaties, yogurts, weight plates, dumbbells, paper plates, toilet paper, a can of unsalted almonds, saltine crackers or pharmaceutical supplements, you're going to be waiting months for managers to reorder inventory. The Sports & Outdoors department is worth 3/5 stars. And these are just a couple of examples. It's not because of the pandemic, and it's definitely not because of high demand or inflation. Their incompetency dates back to 2018. I would know because I worked at one of the best Walmart stores in the country many years ago. I'll give them a 5/5 rating for holiday seasonal merchandise, such as for Valentine's Day, Easter, the Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. Though, people seem to shop here not because they want to, but because it's one of the very few stores available where they live. They need to remove "Supercenter" from the title immediately. This is not a super store. If you drive to this location for the FedEx Print & Ship Center, Subway, Auto, Eye Care, or Patio & Garden services, only then can one call it a Supercenter. Based on available products, this Walmart store is the exact opposite of a super store. I am giving the grocery side 2/5 stars. For the positives, the only items ever stocked at this location are DVDs, deodorant, shampoo, pet products, furniture, clothes, milk, toothpaste, eggs, chips, fruits, vegetables, bread, alcohol, deli meats at the counter, plants, tires, gift cards and shoes. All in all, it's deceiving; this observation is nothing new.

Curbside is normally great. Ronda is the best!!! But today (5/24) pick up was supposed to be ready between 11 and noon. Wasn't ready until 3. I arrived at 3:50 and it is currently 4:20 and still do not have my groceries. Every spot is full and people are having to park in regular spots. I can't even get someone on the phone to cancel. I have two kids in the car with me that are having to wait. This is AWFUL. 2 cars just left without their groceries.

This review is ONLY for the auto care department. I came in the weekend of Easter and arrive around 7a when they were suppose to open. Spoke with a young tall guy who I believe was the manager/front desk associate. He was very friendly, honest, straightforward, and so helpful. He told me they were not open yet because they only had one technician at the time because the other hadn't shown up yet and the latest they would open is 9a. That wasn't a problem I understood because those things happen sometimes. I proceed to explain what was going on with my car and that I may need a tune-up. He explained that they did not do tune-ups and provided me with several nearby locations that did them. He suggested that I may need my fuel line cleaned because my car would jerk and act like it would cut off when I would come to a stop. He explained that my car may not be getting enough fuel through. And that it was cheaper to get it done with my oil change; which is the main reason I came in. I thanked him and returned at 9a. I spoke with a technician who got my car checked in. Another young guy with shoulder length hair. He was very kind and helpful. When I returned to pick up my car. They had done a wonderful job. My oil was changed and the fuel line had been cleaned. My car no longer jerked when I stopped. And they fixed something that was hanging underneath my car that would make this terrible rattling sound as I drove. I didn't asked them for that either. Guess they saw it was something simple to fix and took care of it. The auto care center did a wonderful job and I would like to thank them so very much. I am very appreciative of the service that I received.

I would like to thank Walmart in Tega Cay and the bakery Center for their wonderful job for my daughter's sweet 16 birthday cake! But first and foremost I'd like to thank I think her name was Karen or Katie I'm sorry sweetheart I can't quite remember your name but I think it was Karen, you are wonderful you did a great job I cannot believe the outcome of the cake after we decided together you were so helpful so thoughtful and very patient. I just could not believe with the price and the Imani craftsmanship and artwork that she put into that cake it just didn't seem like it balanced out it was just a cheap cake compared to the work done $67 just did not balance off with the amount of work you put in that cake and now I really want to thank you

Excellent question. Perhaps inquiring with store management or the corporate office would elicit a better answer than asking Google.
Yes.
You would need to call Trader Joe's, Rollin Oats or possibly Whole Foods. One of the three of them should carry it. I've bought it in the pass from one of the three but just can't remember which one.
I would call them but I believe I have seen them.
Everything is kept clean and nice and so you don't catch anything I even have a temperature thing to make sure you don't have a fever
I would just go back to the store. I've never called and not gotten an answer.
Haven't heard anything yet
