From the moment I walked in the staff were kind and open to questions. They have Tunnel of Love which is super fun and makes the experience light hearted. Their selection is MASSIVE and runs from cheap to very high quality. Most things have warranties on them which is great. Tanya and her training manager personally helped me with so many questions and great recommendations. They were so nice, knowledgeable and spent almost my whole time in there with me. My ONLY concern is they do take the products out to look at if you want to see, and maybe I would suggest disposable gloves while handling products because you don’t know who’s touched it before and even though I clean everything, it’s still kind of unsanitary in my opinion. I believe the prices were fair and at the end, because I spent $150 I got to spin a fun wheel for a free prize! Thank you for a great experience.

Decent lingerie, love it. Spent about $100, found what I’ve been looking for. However each time I’d walk anywhere near the door.. where there’s heels & MORE selection of things, I could see the employees watching me carefully, like if I was about to hit a lick or something 😂. Mind you it’s my first time here, and of course I’m going to be curious.. I’d love my own privacy while shopping around… I understand as a retail employee o/r a worker we HAVE to do our job, but like not be all extra making people feel weird. Anyways ! Check out was cool, got greeted properly. Makes me want to come back again, just the whole watching me scenario wasn’t it. The Tunnel of Love was dope, made it fun

Jennifer was amazing. I brought my very inexperienced friend in today and she was super nervous. Jennifer gave us time to explore but knew when we ready to ask questions. She helped us find an affordable product that worked for my friend. And actually was able to help me too, even though I went in not planning to purchase anything. That is the sign of a great saleswoman! She needs a raise! She is so sweet, asks the right questions without going too personal and gives advice. She was kind enough to get my INCREDIBLY shy friend to open up about such a personal topic. I've had nothing but good experiences here, but this was the best because of Jennifer. I've never felt more informed or comfortable about my purchases than today, with Jennifer's help.
