The store manager in Circus Hights attitude is very rude to the customer, I purchased a pattern and didn't look the size and later on ask the old store manager to exchange it for different size and he said it is ok as long as the pattern arrives in the new store. I waited for several months since the pattern never arrived until now, but the new store manager does not let me to exchange it and very rude to me. My advice is don't go to this store to purchase anything since they won't exchange or refund to you.

Renovated store: To the store Manager and the District manager. Your employees or acting supervisors are putting the blame on you. It was shared with me this morning that you do not take any returns without a receipt or items that looks unsellable. When I purchase something I get these extra pieces of receipts with discount and offer. The one that strikes me odd is the return policy receipt. Please do your store a favor and stop wasting ink and paper. The world already has enough waste. Suggestion: Honor what you give us, if not, your just promoting false statements. Your the only store that doesn’t return any fabric under a yard and items with no barcode. It would be like taking it back and putting it in trash - your staffs implied comment.

The new Citrus Heights store (new location is in same shopping center just 2 doors down) is gorgeous and spacious! A LOT of new fabrics, a few more higher end paints including Golden. I will be back!

I purchased some vinyl for my circuit to do a project for my sweater but the difference between buying it on amazon and Joanna is a big difference... I whether by vinyl from amazon ... Because it was cheap hardly wouldn't stick to clean mat and not enough of vinyl that comes with there packaging ... But the fabric at Joanns go ...I love creating variety of items @zadecahemporium4u on facebook/Instagram.....I make a lot of items
