Rented here in 2016 to 2018. Was great for the first year and a half, then the owner sold it and it went downhill from there. They stopped requiring background checks, nothing ever got fixed, (before the new owner took over, it would maybe take 1 or 2 days for something to get fixed) and I no longer felt safe living there. Also, never got any of my security deposit back. Not to mention, the owner tried to raise rent WHILE WE WERE IN A LEASE. Illegal among other things... Laughable living conditions. Glad I got out when I did. Posting late because my friend asked me how it was when I was there because she was looking at apartments here and I realized I never wrote a review. So, here it is now. Don't know if it is relevant now, but based off of other reviews, sounds like it is.

There are new owners here as well as an new manager, they are extremely nice people, they helped me out from the mess the old manager had caused and opened me to rent from them again with open arms I truly appreciate the honesty and kindness they gave me I would be glad to rent from these people agian!
