Sliced brisket was flaky, fork tender, extra lean, full flavor smoke and seasoning greatness for sure. Gotta try all three sauces are well worth it, the original has a medium pour with a sweet subtle smoke flavor. Hot & Spicy was well rounded with plenty of kick. Where to begin on how wonderful our experience was here? I called in with a last-minute request to accommodate a large group about a half an hour before close and the entire staff was so kind from start to finish. They were patient with us, the food and drinks were delightful and the ambience is great. I cannot recommend them enough for a delicious casual dinner or a large ruckus get together, Parker’s rocked it!

This food was excellent. I recently moved closer to this part of town and had never tried Parker's. Im glad I did! Great food. They smoke it themselves and it was awesome. I will be back. We talked with the manager and he even showed us their smoker and the prime rib that was cooking for that evening. We had a reuben and some type of hot beef sandwich. Top notch! Well done, Parker's!
