First Last
I brought my kid here. There was only one person working which was the receptionist. So there was literally nobody cutting hair. The lobby was literally full of people waiting to get thier haircut. The receptionist said there was over an hour and half wait. I thought she was joking at first. I asked her why and she told me both employees were at lunch together. I thought what? It was 45 mins later before the 2 employees came back from lunch TOGETHER. Why would they BOTH be at lunch together? So another half hour goes by finally its our turn. By then I was so upset I didnt even want my haircut. We were supposed to go to my daughters wedding the next day. I still needed to get my kids hair cuts at least. So there a very feminine guy with a Justin Bieber haircut who was supposed to be cutting my oldest kids hair. I asked 5 times are you sure you understand he wants a fade but low not high. He tells me trust me I got this! I even pointed exactly how low i wanted his fade to be. When he was done my kid almost started crying. I said oh no not that high I already told you that and its not even straight. He said it looks good though. By then I was soo upset. But I tried my hardest to remain calm. I said is there a manager around. He tried to convince me he was the manager. I said no the real manager. He rolls his eyes and says with an attitude oh you mean Jenny? She wont be in for a week? Im thinkin to myself what happened to this place? Everyone used to be so nice here. He refused to fix the haircut or to give my money back. I left my number. Jenny never called me back. Its been a month now. Still no word.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
