What makes this post office a pleasure to come to is the happy very helpful bald gentleman :-) I make it a point to come here because of him give him a raise! Thank you

Michael was polite and courteous facing a line full of people on Saturday afternoon. He helped me with my return packages efficiently and also gave me some helpful information so I can be more prepared next time! Appreciate the Postal Service as a whole, but this branch in particular :)

Heather, this 1 star is for you. Hopefully, you'll get the opportunity to improve in the future. If anyone needs a passport, I'd highly recommend you to go to the UNL passport center. I can assure you that you'll have a much better experience and you'll get it done the first try, without feeling like a complete idiot.

The staff here are almost always pleasant and helpful. I do agree that they're understaffed though.
