The young girl working behind the counter was rude and inept. We had an issue with our package and she seemed to be taking delight in not helping us. It was incredibly bizarre. Needless to say, me and the rest of my family and friends have agreed to avoid using UPS from now on.

If it has a prepaid label on it you can find any driver and they will take it
Yes, those are our only hours to ship at the customer counter. Eakes Office Supply on Norris Ave & D&S Hardware on 801 W Cst ship packages via UPS during the day. If you have a prepaid label you can drop off packages at our building @ 1600 W Ost or out front of Sehnerts Bakery on Norris Ave in the UPS drop boxes.
