Went on a spontaneous casino trip and loved it! It was my first time playing at an actual black jack table and our dealers Jack and Wayne, and who i assume was their floor manager, Jason were so helpful & made the whole experience for me! Thanks for such a good time, will definitely be back soon!

CALL ME CRAZY BUT I TRAVELED FROM WISCONSIN JUST TO PLAY BINGO AND STAY HERE ! i WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED EITHER ! I STAY HERE WHEN I GO TO ARIZONA IN MARCH FOR CUBS SPRING TRAINING BUT WITH THE PANDEMIC I HAVEN'T WENT TO AZ. SINCE 2019.SO I DECIDED IT WAS TIME FOR A VISIT. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THE RENOVATION IS COMPLETE!!! IT REALLY WILL BE A STATE OF THE ART ESTABLISHMENT ! THE HOTEL PERSONNEL WAS EXTREMLY EFFICIENT AND FRIENDLY. BINGO WAS A BUST BUT I STILL HAD A GREAT 3 NIGHTS AND 4 DAYS STAY. THANKS AND I LOOK FORWARD TO MY NEXT TRIP.

This would have been a 5-star rating had it not been for the smoke stench around the sleeping rooms. Also, our friends were next to a room with a barking dog-who the hell brings a dog to a casino hotel and obviously leaves it in the room while gambling? The hotel rooms were very nice, loved the hot tubs in the courtyard, and the stagf was pleasant and helpful. We ate at the on-site steakhouse and it was great! Gambling... no one won anything to shout about, in fact, didn't see anyone get a large payout ! Make this place totally smoke and pet free, that would be a great enhancement!

Had reserved 3 nights. After driving over 8 hours I get here told I have only 1 night. (FRI)That Saturday I would have to be on a waiting list. I am not pleased at all! I would not have driven 8 hours just to stay 1 night. This my 2nd time here and the winning is zero for me. Nice clean room. Hotel lobby and surrounding area clean and neat.
