Thi company is the worst! After arranging a pickup from my home to the Hospital night before, I still needed to call in the morning for a pickup that came 20 min late, on my way back after Radiation treatment I needed to wait about 1 hour to get a pick up from the Hospital, even so I called them as soon as finish with my radiation treatment, standing on the side walk next to a entrance to the Hospital waited for nearly 1 hour in the scorching heat after radiation Each time I called their office the sent me a text with car info that was in fact different color make or L.P , the drivers are nice the cars are clean and tidy but the management at the top starting with Amin is so busy making money that they never checking their reviews on line The insurance company should stop using them after all its my money they giving them! And also the management paying half of what they getting from insirance as I have learned from few drivers, I need them once a week and each time is a struggle!

Very unprofessional. They confirm your trip for your appointment but not if it’s canceled. After calling, they said they will send someone else. While waiting again for the next driver (that never came), I called them again. I was told that my Insurance carrier canceled my ride. Not true. I informed my baffled Insurance about this. Thank God they removed them from my car service list, but because of them I had to cancel this long awaited important appointment. I hope and pray that no car service does this to their parents, grandparents, elderly and/or anyone that depends on them to get them to their appointment.

Very bad service!!! Many many times drivers call me 30 min before when I am not even ready, if you tell them to wait they get mad ! Also company lies saying driver is 10 or 15 min away and 45 min passes and drivers call saying they are another 30 min away. Plus the time to return they don’t pick up the phone, or phone number is not working or they make me wait from 1 to 2 hours… for example today I have been trying to call them to send me the taxi to go home and nothing I can’t contact them…

While the transportation company and i agreed to at an specific time: 8 :30 am . One driver come 25 minutes earlier, and i was not dressed yet. Later the base come to ask why did not take the cab after i explained to him he said a driver will be at 8 : 30 am and wait outside. I waited under cold raining morning for over 30 minutes. During that time i called 3 times to the base and alway said the driver should be in 10 minutes. Because it is a transportation to hospital with contact tp this company i coul cancel or get other company at the en they come 1: 15 minutes late to puck up me.
