Nice people, offensive pricing - I will NOT be returning. (I was charged $14.72 for $9.20 flat rate USPS box, that's a calculated 60%, yes - SIXTY PERCENT MARK UP. Holiday convenience rates or otherwise, that is agregious)

They really look out for you - They know the bureaucratic stuff associated with passport renewal( e.g. don't fold... ) and tell you, unprompted and fix it. Of course they offer you the options of all the various carriers and their prices so that's a win too.
