Very Disappointed of Store Director Joe Figgat, I talked to him over the phone about a uncomfortable situation with a Pharmacist at his store, the Pharmacist wasn't able to help me return some items instead he humiliated me with a bunch of questions that had nothing to do with me returning those items, so I left the store in a uncomfortable feeling of being disrespected, I thought of call store manager to let him know about the situation with his Pharmacist and let him know that I was at his store for a service not to have that type of treatment, after explaining everything to Mister Figgat, he just said he'll talk to the Pharmacist, I went back to the store to talk to him in person to explain what happened and see if he could help me return the items, but he didn't help or did anything about it, not even an apology for the awful situation I had with that disrespectful Pharmacist, I believe that he didn't even talked to the Pharmacist about his disrespectful behavior. I felt so disrespected that I am not coming back, will have my mother's medication sent to Walgreens or somewhere else but Albersons, sad because I always thought Albersons had a great reputation on customer service. Mister Joe Figgat and that Pharmacist guy left me with a bad taste of customer service.

I like to use small businesses for things but often times there are too booked to do stuff. Luckily, Albertsons bakery does a great job with cakes. My son loved it and it tasted amazing. Very reasonability priced and easy to work with. I accidentally put the wrong pick up day on my online order but with 1 phone call it was fixed. 👍

I am so not impressed with your pharmacy. Yesterday I was tested positive with covid. My DR sent in a couple prescriptions to your Kuna ID store. Its 30 hours later. I have not got any notification that my stuff is ready for pick up. I have tried to call . Your automated system is just worthless. There is 0 ways to find out if its ready unless you have a prescription number. So in other words, no way to find our if its ready. Waste of time. So now you go throw that waste of time to talk to pharmacy. They answer to say please hold. They just leave you there and never come back. Leave you till it rings back and get a answering machine. So here we are. I am sick, I DON'T HAVE MEDS, and your incompetent staff/ system is interfering with my health. NOT COOL

If you shop in store yourself, it’s okay. I will never do an order pickup again. They marked my order as received about 10 minutes before they came out to my car. Probably to avoid getting in any kind of trouble. Substituted my items with smaller quantities with no price altering? I hate to do Walmart Grocery Pickup but at least they know what they’re doing🤷🏼♀️
