Very un professional the supervisors for p.t are horrible, disrespectful. Francisco was his name an susanna.. i went threw another agency an kimco said they were working together so i was no longer offered any work from them. I was with them on an off for 5 years an than was turned away. I worked hard every day an was never asked to get a higher position or better pay because i dont kiss a**. Id give no stars.

If I can give the warehouse P.T a zero star rating I would in a heartbeat! The workers here are friendly but the leads aren't. I'm a sorter/packer and my lead on the sorting department is honestly one of the worst leads I've ever worked for not only does she complain about every thing I do but she always complains about me. I do my job accurately and persistently, the other day she made a complaint about me because I don't talk at all, like I go to work to get my job done , get paid and go home , I dont go to work to associate with people and have a socratic seminar. Then one of the new people needed help and asked for help and she snapped on him too saying he asks too many questions. Honestly I would never treat any of my workers with bad attitude no matter what I'm feeling. The sorting department really needs a new lead and one that has patience and enough lead experience to help the workers.

Kimco Staffing agency works you to death and then when your injured like I was and cant walk up to 12 hours a day (fractured foot from over walking) they discard you without hesitation. David, the staffing office personelassociate, was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONALwith his dealings with employees. He Looks down at ALL and feels a sense of superiority.

They have always found me work, and right now gave me the best job I've had in years. I've been with Kimco for 3 years now and they work me steady, pay me well and advocate for my well being with employers. They do their research to fit the employee with an employer where both can benefit and they support you with every step. Don't take my word for it. Contact them and ask them to get you working!
