I think this might have been the best Cappuccino I have ever had. My top priority is always how the coffee is and there are so many other fantastic aspects of this cafe. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing. The employees are incredibly kind and quick. I sat at the back patio overlooking a small river. It was such a wonderful way to start my Friday. Plus I learned that the coffee beans are right from their family-owned farm in Colombia. I cannot wait to go back!

A wonderfully, cozy, cafe with all Colombian beans. Welcoming, friendly staff are obviously confident on what they’re serving without an ounce of snobbiness. Back patio faces a creek and the combination of the sound of water and a delicious cup coffee was special. Got to meet the owners who are from Colombia where their family owns the coffee farm. It was a great find for us. Thank you.

💎 What a Gem 💎 Excellent atmosphere with friendly service. They really nailed the upscale feel but home kitchen vibe!! Coffee from Columbia, roasted in CT! What really made my day, is a GF option for pastry called, pandebono. Made with cassava flour, it is naturally GF. The name of the pastry says it all (good bread) ***Make sure to ask for the pandebono de guava ***

Great place, great staff, and of course, amazing coffee, waffles, and pastries! Been here a few times and plan to continue coming! I love that Bristol has such a great place! The owner is so passionate about coffee ☕. Also love the fact that it is right from the source, all the way from Columbia! If the weather is nice check out the back patio and listen to the river flowing! So relaxing!
