Always clean and friendly staff. The food is so delicious and you get alot for the money. Very nice place to eat.

I know this place has been here for at least 20 years (and made it through covid) I figured it had to be pretty good instead I was extremely disappointed. Hire yourself a experienced chef to prepare your Italian meals not high school kids. My chicken marsala had two little mushrooms in it and my risotto was like old oatmeal. The Margherita pizza was heavily covered in sauce. I liked the wedding soup but I don't think it was homemade. The best part of our experience was our waitress she was awesome, unfortunately I don't remember her name :/ 🤔

My order was messed up about a week and 3 days ago….. i had received a Buffalo chicken bacon ranch pizza instead of a plain chicken bacon ranch pizza. Even though I specifically asked if it came with only chicken bacon and ranch and was told yes. So I called and was told I could come get a new pizza and it was good for at least a week. I even offered to bring the pizza back that same day so I wasn’t stuck eating or trying to eat a Buffalo chicken pizza. So it’s been about a week and 3 days…..I figured I would call and it would be understood that I had dinner plans for the past few nights and wanted my pizza today. But I was then told they throw out the names of their mess ups every single day at the 7 day mark of them being in there, not a day later. I think it’s a bit stuck up and foolish to have such a system….. You admit you made a mistake on my order just either be willing to fix the problem or don’t. Crazy to me I’m on THEIR time for THEM messing up MY order and not the other way around. Very disappointed. Probably won’t be back. Stinks cause the other food I ordered like mozzarella sticks were tasty especially with their pizza sauce.

We went into Valenza Restaurant anticipating a typical run-of-the-mill, adequate-at-best Italian dinner. Sometimes it's good to be wrong! and this was one of those times. The salad was brought to life with tangy, delicious blue cheese dressing, the heavy little bread loaves were warm and butter-absorbent, and the lasagna was delectable enough to make me want to go back, and I still have leftovers in the 'fridge I need to eat first. Definitely a heavy-duty 5 out of 5, and I don't say that "lightly." Oh, and we found the prices to be as delightful as the dinners.
