The crew tonight is disgusting. There are no other customers, yet I was asked to pull forward and have been waiting almost 10 minutes. During the less than one minute I was at the window the blonde guy at the window dropped 3 "f-bombs" to a coworker in front of my daughter. Then, as I was waiting at the rail for my food, another employee came out and lit up a cigarette next to my open window, stinking up my new car. This is NOT the crew I normally see here.

The staff at this Wendy's is downright rude! Asked for ketchup because the dispenser was out and I got a handful literally thrown down on the tray then had to ask for mayo and was outright told NO. Not only did they act like they didn't want to be at work, they looked like they crawled out of bed and went to work.

There are 4 employees in this store right now. My husband and daughter went inside to order. These employees are working multiple positions. Their pay is a shame. They were all nice and as efficient as possible. Management should take notice. Brenda and family, from Cincinnati.

I would give minus stars if I could. Went through the drive thru and ordered a sour cream baked potato snd small chili. The picture is what the baked potato looked like, brown and disgusting. No sour cream or butter in bag. Chili was only half full and luke warm. Both went in the garbage. Waited 20 minutes in line and waited 3 minutes for the person to take my order.
