Wow…this place is awesome! After snow hiking in Rainer and enjoying chicken Dhali, this really made for an awesome Himalayan adventure close to home. I highly recommend this awesome and amazing restaurant. The owner was a Sherpa that holds the record for fastest climb to top of Everest.

Very nice atmosphere due to the fact that the owner is a Sherpa that ascended Mt. Everest multiple times and has decorated the restaurant accordingly. Especially fascinating is a life sized figure of a mountaineer in full gear. The restaurant serves some salads, burgers with good fries and some Nepalese curries and a stew. The food is alright for what it is and fills you up well enough after a day hiking. It is a little pricey, but this is to be expected for a restaurant in driving distance to a national park.

Delicious and satisfying Nepalese food - a great joint to stop at after a long day hiking on Rainier. If the weather is nice, opt to eat on the large patio adjacent to the building. They also have burgers and other American fare if that’s what you’re craving.

A decent local Nepalese-Western restaurant on the way to Mount Rainier trail. It is not a fusion food place just FYI. The (local) meat was fresh and full of flavor. The summit burger was huge and delicious (attached). The Nepalese chicken dish was also delicious (attached). Swift service, nice staffs, great location!
