I had the most terrible experience today. Dropped my cat off to get neutered this morning and the lady at the desk seemed completely uninterested and careless. I asked about instructions for how to care for him after the surgery and she said “oh they will tell you about that later when you pick him up.” She told me to expect a call between 2 and 4:00 for when to pick him up. I waited until 5:00 incase things got delayed, still no phone call. I called twice and no answer. I finally decided to just drive there and see if he was ready. I walk in and not a single person was at the desk, but there my cat was just sitting in his cat carrier on the ground with nobody around! I have absolutely no idea how long he was sitting there. And not one single person had the decency to call me or even return my calls. So unbelievably unprofessional and just awful! I’ve never had a worse experience ever. Not to mention I never received care instructions so I had no idea what to expect or what to feed him, etc. He is my first pet on my own so I don’t have any experience with this process. Do not take your pets there to get fixed.

Good experience here. Staff was nice and personable. I enjoyed talking to the woman working the desk when you come into the building. I can't remember her name. It was so exciting to be able to adopt the puppy I was interested in as well.

The people here are very impersonal They are rude and not caring at all it's all a facade . Expect you to be responsible for all these things but give you an animal not properly taken care of from there veterinarians and their facility. Unreal beware . Rescue places should be kind thankful caring. Oh well! Read the reviews it's always the same rudeness etc. Attitude reassignment surgery recommended! For staff!!

Do not donate used items to this shelter. They do not want them. Was told after our beloved cat passed that we could donate used beds, medications, ect here. We carefully cleaned and prepped the items, hoping the items would help the shelter animals, instead we saw the staff throw the items in the dumpster almost immediately. They did not even look at the items just tossed them. If they didn't want the items they should have given them back to us or given them to another organization instead of wasting them. Absolutely heartbreaking.

They will take what you donate. I would call and see if they don't want the brand you are donating.

Idk if I can help. Most humane societies have surrender days if you don't have anyone you trust to take it in. If it is a purebred, there are orgs out there you can reach out too. Why can't you care for it?
