First Timer.... pretty decent place to drop into. Good and priced were great! Atmosphere was comfortable, dinner rush crowd. Received the suggestion to go from my hotel. Glad I went!

Server was good and personable. Noticed the owner/manager walking around chatting with the people. Did not stop at our table, not regulars, so he didn't stop? Not sure of his reason. Food was ok, had meatloaf sandwich with gravy. I would recommend asking to taste the gravy before ordering, had no taste definitely was not beef gravy as advertised

Been coming here for years, probably 15 or so now. NEVER had a bad meal. Sometimes the service is a little slow, but the food is ALWAYS on point. Until tonight. Out of appetizers, out of potatoes, and didnt get my vegetable with my meal. When it came out, easily noticed it was thrown on a dirty flat top and charred..smelled like the rag used to wipe a well used flattop..Pierogie appetizer had the same black greasy char. One thing different tonight vs. almost every other night there, was the owner wasnt there.... Too many choices for dinner anymore to tolerate lazy kitchen staff. We may come back, but it wont be soon...

Update- i came here to eat after a trip to Pittsburgh. The porkchop was dry, but not too bad. The server was amazing until some guys came in and the service dropped imcredibly. It is a place where locals go to visit, but not a welcoming place for visitors.
