Great employees at this Lowes. Tim and Andrew in Flooring are amazing despite my constant questions. John in cabinets is amazing as well. He knew our time crunch and budget limitations, yet went out of his way to help us find and design something to meet our needs. I hope these employees are appreciated and they receive the recognition they deserve. A pay raise as well!

Absolutley 100% worst experience EVER ! Waited 6 hours for a delivery (I was supposed to be the first one of the day because I had the movers coming as well ). Delivery brought my washing machine inside, told me they couldn't install it because they couldn't get the water turned off ( although I could ) . Left the new washing machine in the middle of my bathroom, told me I have to install the new one myself.... and now I still have the old one that they were supposed to take but didn't. I will NEVER purchase home appliance from them again ! Total nightmare ! Giving one star is too much... zero is not an option. I am so frustrated !

The people that work there are friendly and very helpful but the store does not offer as many options (in nearly every department) as the nearest Home Depot store, 50 minutes away. Even the next closest Lowe's, which is in a smaller town 40 minutes away has more variety. Lucky for this Lowe's store in Montoursville the other stores aren't convenient to get to on a regular basis.

We like Lowe's, and we went today to purchase alot of items for our kitchen. The girl in the cabinet was very helpful. The gentleman with the back splash was very helpful. The gentleman that worked in the lumber section was very helpful. But when we needed assistance finding a ceiling fan there was no one in that department, we went to the customer service desk and they paged someone. 30 minutes someone showed up. And it wasn't even the man's department so he had no idea where to locate the fan we were trying to buy. He was as helpful as he could be until the person who was supposed to be in that department finally showed up. There were many employees walking around the store and five people at the customer service desk but for some reason those people could t help. I will continue to shop at Lowe's but they really need to train people better. Thank you to all of the wonderful people who helped us. You all did a great job.
