The beer was hot and the first plate is a steak Alfredo with mushrooms,onion and feta. Steak was good that's all. The 2nd plate is a smoke salmon was dry, the rice was bland not happy with the restaurant and our waitress walked passed us 7 times then final took our order.

This place is great. I had a delightful dinner during a recent stop on a multi day drive. The Waterstone grill was a much needed treat after a long day on the road. Everyone was extremely friendly, the owner chatted with me and seemed truly concerned that I was comfortable and satisfied. The bartender was excellent! Food was delicious and well made. These days, so many places use prepared/frozen food. It was very refreshing to enjoy an evening in a welcoming setting with excellent food and service. The grill is a model of how restaurants should be run. Also very affordable!

I was in Hamburg two nights- loved the Waterstone so much the first time that I had to come back night #2! Great atmosphere, fantastic service and the food is absolutely fantastic. Think of a big city dining experience right in the heart of a small town. Those not familiar, ample off street parking and easy to access. Try the Gorgonzola steak Alfredo; you’re welcome! I’m looking forward to my next trip in so I can get back! A must eat!

Waterstone was great! Service was wonderful. The food was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly. Our server was attentive and very kind. We made reservations and we’re seated right away. The menu has good variety including a good selection of seafood dishes. They also had specials offered as well. Great spot in Hamburg for an upscale meal.
