This man is a fraud people don't ever use him be careful! He took my son's money and filed the documents for us wrong and then asked us for more money to change the document for us! He made up lies saying he and my son spoke on the phone and he told my son things that he never told him. Please please please don't ever use him he will screw you over completely.

Can I sue person that he post the ad selling his car for 9000.00 firm on offer up. He agree to sell to me for 9000.00 . He took my 1000.00 deposit check . Next day he change his mind that his wife doesn’t want to sell anymore.

Hi under California law you have 30 days to pick up your stuff. If the landlord refuses in good faith to give your stuff back go to your local police station and have them escort you to the property. If that does not work then send the landlord a 7 day demand letter ask him either to return your property or you will sue for damages. I hope this helps Thanks Ace Small Claims Service
