I like shopping here , they gave what I need at a cheaper price, however when I walked in yesterday and told the lady “hello, I can be scanned up right away what I want is outside” she snarled under her breathe, “Then go to the register what are you telling me for ?” I thought that was rude considering she was working the front of the store, so I carried on to the register shaking off her rude comment, but then I hear her complaining to the owner! As he just stands there and watched his employee talk so ignorantly to a paying customer , so I called and re informed the owner , he said he will talk to her, I was more so looking for an apology. You can’t let employees talk to regular paying customers like that or greentown won’t be so found of you guys anymore.

Super Friendly Service I was in a pinch to buy a charcoal grill in July 2018 and nobody had it. I went to true value and they had several 22" round charcoal grills that were $10 cheaper than other places (assuming they would have them in stock) One of the employees even assisted me with bringing grill, charcoal and few other things to my car which I did not expected or needed but it sure made my day. (older man short hair and glasses was the once that helped me) 5 stars
