There was no hostess at the front when we arrived, so we had to wait for someone to come up to be seated. When we got to our table it was covered in red syrup that no one made any attempt to clean up during our visit. The entirety of the restaurant is not clean. We waited 15 minutes before anyone came to our table, and when they did it was to say, "I'll be right back." Upon finally ordering beverages and food simultaneously, the server advised us not to get a certain item because 'it's not good.' I got pancakes and one of them was burnt (and conveniently placed under the decent one.) They were covered in sauce and served on a small side-sized plate, so as soon as it was put on the table the sauce overflowed everywhere. I asked for onions in my hash browns, and received a minuscule amount of raw onion placed on top instead. My husband ordered a burrito and someone other than our server (assuming the manager) came out a while after our orders had been placed to inform him they had no rice and suggested it be subbed with potato instead, but offered no apology or comp. Had to request refills of coffee. Management is clearly lacking at this franchise; I feel bad for the staff. Definitely won't be returning.

Such a disappointment,we waited 10mins at the front desk..no one showed up so we chose the table Which looked the cleanest.syrup on the seats..tables needed to be wiped.we waited 20mins after placing our order only to find out that the waffle machine was broke so we had to re order.we order milkshakes with our meals only to find out the milkshake machine was broken too!! The utensils were dirty the neighbor tables were dirty.pieces of food were on the floor it was such of wast of time we should have went to Denny’s!

Love IHOP! Something about the lingonberry crepes and fresh ground coffee that brings me back to my youth! Memories of my Family Sunday breakfasts outings after church and the smell of fresh pancakes walking into IHOP! This restaurant was very clean, crepes were excellent, friendly staff. Server was on point. Worth the forty minute drive from home...will be back on a future Sunday for brunch;)

Service absolutely sucked! Was told wait was 30-45 minute wait. We were to be called. Walked in after waiting an hour without receiving a phone call. Other people were seated before us. Those people arrived after us. Employees were to busy with their phones. Employees for atleast 15 minutes were no where to be found as you can see in photo. Absolutely ridiculous. Will definitely not be coming back!
