I purchased a motor from them online. Derek was excellent with communication and walking through the whole process of shipping and such. Unfortunately, when the motor arrived it had issue that weren't repairable. As disappointing as that is I contacted them and they issued me a full refund without any hassle. While the part didn't work out, the service, honesty, and integrity of the company was not unnoticed. I would definitely do more business with them.

West End Auto Parts is the best place in the area to buy used auto parts, used tires and reconstructed cars in the tri-state area. I bought an R titled truck from them in 2001 and drove it 120 miles per day five days a week to school for 2 years without any problems whatsoever. That truck is still on the road today! I recently bought four wheels for my van at a reasonable price that I plan to put my studded winter tires on.

These people are great they went out of there way to help me. I needed a part for my car that cost from gm $149.00 ,they had a used one in a car like mine.however as it was being removed it was broken.i only needed a small Piece off the part that could not be bought from gm.you needed to buy the complete part .anyway the point is they removed the small part i needed from the broken part and sold it to me for only $5.00 they must of spent at least 1/2 hour or more ,for $5.00 now that's customer service Thank guys for great customer service Ken
