I took my Irish Wolfhound in the store yesterday for a self wash. The staff was wonderful and accommodating for our special needs. The shampoo and conditioner was sufficient, as well as no tears shampoo for faces. The blower worked well - just the right temperature! My giant boy is clean, fresh and smells great now! Thank you for excellent customer service. I bought the Dirty Dog Wash card. It's a bargain at $40.
