I wish I could give it zero stars. We waited at least 40 min for our food and when it came out it was inedible and the order was wrong. We wouldn't have waited but she took our money, cash because they don't take cards, and never came back to the window. The car behind us left after ordering and we told another car that pulled up to leave because of our experience. The fish was cooked so long it was small and flat! Nothing like stopping on a 9 hour car trip to get horrible food and having to be in a car for 40 extra minutes.

Do not go here!!!! Terrible service!! Staff refused to help !! Closed the lobby so no one could come in. Was pulling a trailer so couldn’t pull through the drive through. So I stood out by the order box for 20 min. And no one would talk to me. Cars were lining up behind me. So I went to the window and they walked away from the window. After 10 more minutes someone finally came and said they can’t serve us. Rather than coming and letting us know they had us standing outside for 30 minutes with cars lining up behind us. We went to Wendy’s and they served us no problem with the same issue of having the trailer unable to pull through the drive-through. Do not go to A&W!

We only received half of our order from the drive through. It's very disappointing to get home, open the bag, and your order is incomplete. I know it's covid times, and everyone is short staffed and hard to find help, but it certainly does not help your business to constantly stiff people through the drive-through windows. I little extra time and thoughtfulness would be beneficial. We try to give them a second chance more than once and it happens over and over.

Food was good!!! Staff was alright, did not seem happy to be there. Wait it is new years eve, I don't blame them. Anyway, only get to eat there about 1 or 2 times per year. Still good. Now they have fried twinkies, so good.
