Great staff!! Friendly, welcoming. Answered tons of questions, made me feel like a person and not just a space number. Storage unit was clean. No smell, no dirt. I hadn’t been there for 2 months after putting my stuff in there and there was no issues. Definitely recommend using them!

The people at CubeSmart in White Plains have been great to work with. They take in my deliveries when I'm not available, secure them them in my storage area, take a picture of the packages, provide me with the packing slip and notify me of the delivery. It couldn't be easier and more efficient. Thank you to Akilah, Destiny and Ian and all the others.

The reps were very helpful and knowledgeable. I felt as thought I was being a little picky but they reassured me I wasn’t which made me feel more comfortable. They explained everything in detail which left me with no questions to ask. The entire team was great and very friendly. I would highly recommend even though I think the storage units are a little over priced.
