I grew up here in the 70's and my mother is still living here. Beautiful area in the hills of WoodCrest. The maintenance and landscaping is beautifully maintained. Many amminties ..2 pools, tot pool , baseball diamond, tennis court, dog park, workout room, bbq area, basket ball court, beautiful club house, library and billards. We have had weddings, receptions, showers and family gathering here and it has great parking. All in All peaceful and friendly.

What's the point of a gated community when the gates are left open for most of the day? Moved in and first holiday my decorations were stolen from my front yard and my sons bike was stolen from the bus stop next to the office. Really disappointing that despite the family friendly atmosphere, the "gated community" and high space rent you still have to install security cameras, chain everything to keep your stuff safe. The pool area is always clean and relaxing, park is maintained decently. Just wish that management would keeps gates shut at all times to help keep thieves out.

What is the space rent
They really do not offer rentals. Typically you purchase the home and pay space rent to the park. The people in the office are really helpful. Give them a call sometime and they can let you know if there are any rentals in the park. It is really a nice place to live.
I can confirm Chet's response. You can purchase the home on the land, but not the land itself. Only lease it on a month-to-month basis.
